This is some general submission info for our shows. To submit to an open call please follow the instructions on the FGPDX instagram post. We post all of the information there under the flyer for each show. Dates, times and other details are found there. You can also email the gallery for inquires. Once your submission fee is accepted we will send you and email with all of the important details.

How many entrees? Submit up to 3 pieces $25

( do not send a bio. Feel free to add a little info about yourself but we want an artist statement pertaining to the work you have submitted for this exhibit. This info will be posted with your work on Instagram for promotional purposes)

Please label the photo file as follows: this way we can match the correct photo file you’ve attached to the information provided.

  • FileType:JPEG 

  • FileDimensions:1,200 pixels or greater on the  longest side. 

High resolution and of good quality 

• File Size: Under 5 MB. 72 DPI

When attaching the photo file to your email, please attach each photo pdf file separately. Please do not send through zip files

 •Photo must be CROPPED to the edge of the work and of good quality. Do not send a photo of your work on an easel or with any kind of background. It needs to be cleanly cropped, straight and not blurry. 

Please type out this information as follows:

•Artwork must be for sale.

COMMISSION: 30% Gallery/ 70% Artist

Submissions must follow the criteria listed above. We look through numerous artists, statements and work. If everyone submitted differently it would be incredibly confusing and take hours to pour through the information.

Not all submissions will be accepted. We pick the best work to show in a beautifully curated cohesiveness in the gallery. If your work is chosen you will receive an email no later than 7 days after the deadline. The gallery does not carry insurance on consigned artwork. Artists are responsible for acquiring their own insurance if needed.
